“I just wanted to take a quick moment to let you know how much I appreciated the excellent service provided by your driver, Dean (I think that was his name). He picked us up this past Saturday (our flight arrived at 7:50 p.m.) at DTW and drove us to our home in Clawson. Our first contact was when he called me on my cell phone as I was exiting the plane. He wanted to assure me that he was waiting for me and that I should call him when I got to our luggage. Then he insisted on carrying our luggage to his car. It couldn’t have been a better experience. The best limo service in town !!!
I had a little trouble with getting a receipt but I was a little too impatient. The email delayed and arrived to me a bit late but after checking the “send” time they were prompt and thorough in handling my request. Excellent service, comfortable seats, and prompt service. I will definately be back. Sorry for accusing them of not responding to my request, they did so perfectly. Good company with good service!
Just wanted to tell you guys that you did an awesome job. I had a bachelor party of 8 guys who needed transportation around the Ann Arbor/Detroit area, and the service I received from Dwayne was courteous, professional, and excellent. The drivers were great and the prices were great, too. Thanks so much!
